Owner-Operators, Charles and Kendra Brown opened Brown Family Auto Sales in 2013 with the vision to provide exceptional service to our customers. Both owners are born and raised in Texas. We have easy financing requirements and are willing to work with anyone who is willing to commit to working with us. As we have grown over the years, we now offer buy-here-pay-here loans with the convenience of being able to pay through our online portal or over the phone.

In addition to our customer service, we set ourselves apart with our selection process of used vehicles to sell to our customers. We inspect each vehicle before we purchase it and ensure that it will serve as a reliable vehicle for the life of the auto loan. A reasonable amount of repairs should be expected when purchasing a used vehicle. As the lender on your auto loan, we have frequent communication with our customers. If we can assist you in some way to keep costs manageable, we will do our best.

Our financing process is quite simple at Brown Family Auto Sales. We require verifiable documents for the following:

• Proof of income in the form of 3 most recent pay stubs, a printed bank statement showing stated income, and/or an award letter for government assistance. We will not accept screenshots from a banking app on a phone.
• Proof of residence in the Houston area by a lease agreement or utility bill in the name of the person financially responsible for the vehicle. A valid Texas Driver’s license – We will not accept a paper license.

To further support our in-house financing customers, we provide a free oil change every three months on a vehicle currently being paid for. Simply stop in when you make your payment, and we will provide you with a voucher to be redeemed at a local service center that we partner with. Keeping up with basic maintenance of your vehicle is essential to avoiding costly repairs in a used vehicle. We are happy to keep our customers happy by providing courtesy oil changes.
